★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o carro ficou todo marcado pela boina de polimento, aspiração mal feita, tinha comprado pacote de enceramento e o picareta me convenceu a mudar o pacote com polimento e ainda paguei 29,00 reais a mais pelo carro ser preto, joguei 170,00 reais no lixo, e toda hora que vou pegar o carro vejo as manchas do polimento, pilantra incompetente.

Cuidado ao comprar cupom dessa empresa em sites de compra coletiva, pois eles não cumprem o que está na oferta. É quase impossível entrar em contato por telefone para marcar, e te oferecem horário muito mais restrito para execução do serviço que o prometido na oferta. E o absurdo dos absurdos: quando fui lá pessoalmente reclamar disso, eles informam que serviço vendido no site de compras coletivas é ofertado por um determinado funcionário e que a empresa Perfect Car nata tem a ver com isso!!!!!!!!!!!!
Há vários relatos no Reclame Aqui de que eles não executam os serviços prometidos. Atenção: não é executar mal, é não executar mesmo!!! Segundo os relatos nem a lavagem do veículo fazem direito!!!

Paguei 184,00 por uma lavagem geral, acabamentos, cristalização dos vidros, polimento e enceramento cristalizado e nem aspirar decentemente aspiraram. Polir? Nem pensar. Corram. Não façam serviço neste local. Empresa que engana o consumidor merece ser fechada! E o Peixe Urbano está se queimando em vincular o seu nome a empresas desse naipe.
The company is not serious. You leave the car and when you go to pick up you believe that the service was done but realize that it was not. I paid 184.00 for a general washing, finishing, crystallization of glass, polishing and crystallized waxing and not even vacuuming decently aspirated. To polish? No way. Run. Comprei o pacote no Groupon de Polimento cristalizado, higienização dos bancos e interna, higienização do ar condicionado, lavagem de motor, cristalização do vidro dianteiro, porém o resultado foi PÉSSIMO.
Fizeram cagada na pintura de meu veículo que é preto, levei o meu carro com arranhões na lataria justamente para serem retirados um pouco com o polimento cristalizado e saí de lá com MANCHAS em toda a pintura, grande parte da lataria ficou MANCHADA E ÁSPERA. Voltei lá no dia seguinte e me disseram que meu carro já estava assim?! Não sou maluco, minha pintura estava lisinha apenas com arranhões, fora o polimento a lavagem de motor é uma BOSTA que só esfregam a sujeira de um lado para o outro e continuou sujo e também a lavagem dos bancos que foi feita com água e sabão?! Que eu saiba a lavagem é a seco!!! A loja não quis resolver a situação alegando que já estava assim anteriormente, então NÃO SE ENGANE COM ESTA LOJA QUE NÃO É ESPECIALIZADA, CORRAM DISTO!! FICA O AVISO PRA TODOS.

I bought the package in Groupon of Crystallized Polishing, seat and internal cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, engine wash, front window crystallization, but the result was HUGE.
They shit on the paint on my vehicle which is black, I took my car with scratches on the bodywork just to be removed a little with the crystallized polish and left with stains all over the painting, much of the bodywork was STAINED AND RUGGED. I came back the next day and was told that my car was already like this ?! I am not crazy, my painting was smooth with scratches only, outside the polishing the engine wash is a FUCK that only rub the dirt from side to side and remained dirty and also the washing of the seats that was done with soap and water? ! To my knowledge the cleaning is dry !!! The store didn't want to solve the situation by claiming it was like this before, so DON'T MISTAKE WITH THIS STORE THAT IS NOT SPECIALIZED, RUN IT !! WARNING FOR ALL.
