★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsável " liguei na loja, perguntei se tinha um determinado pneu, falaram q sim, deram o valor, fui até a loja o vendedor falou q esse pneu n tinha em estoque, falei pra ele q tinha ligado antes, ele falou q se confundiu, tentou q eu comprasse outro modelo, após eu falar q n queria, fui pra compra determinado pneu, ele achou ruim. N recomendo, muito esperto, falta de respeito.
 Irresponsible "I called the store, asked if there was a certain tire, they said yes, they gave the amount, I went to the store the seller said that this tire wasn’t in stock, I told him that I had called before, he said that he got confused, he tried to buy me another model, after I said he wanted to, I went to buy a certain tire, he thought it was bad. I recommend it, very smart, lack of respect.

Fui algumas vezes fazer manutenção básica por ser perto de onde moro. Ao entrar em contato para efetuar orçamento de troca de pastilhas de freio informam que só passam com o carro no local e solução acaba sendo orçar em outra loja.
Em contato com a GP que fica em frente o orçamento foi realizado via telefone de forma rapida e a troca ja esta agendada para ser feita. recomendo muito mais a GP que fica do outro lado da rua.
Pneus goodyears são bons, mas a Fins nunca mais levo o carro nem recomendo para ninguem.
Pessimo customer service with 0 education.
I sometimes went to do basic maintenance because it was close to where I live. When contacting to make a brake pad replacement budget, they inform that they only pass with the car on site and the solution ends up being budgeting at another store.
In contact with the GP who is in front of the budget was made via phone quickly and the exchange is already scheduled to be made. I highly recommend the GP across the street.
Goodyears tires are good, but Fins will never take the car again nor recommend it to anyone.

Só não é pior que a loja que fica quase em frente, na esquina da diamante preto com cons. carrao ( bono pneus), esses são piores, querem empurrar mais serviços ainda

I changed the tires, did alignment and balance. Good service, fair price and I was still able to negotiate. I was very well attended. Fast service without pushing other things on the customer. Super recommend the store!
