★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo em algumas partes de execução de serviços, só não recomendo na troca de suspensão, deram tanta pancada com marreta pra retirar o amortecedor dianteiro que acabou comprometendo o braço axial junto com terminal de direção e bieleta novos da nakata que não tinha nem 1 semana de uso, tive um prejuízo de 400 reais, a sorte é que o produto foi trocado na loja oficial da nakata, mesmo com pericia dizendo que o produto foi avariado com marreta (tinha a marca da marretada na peça nova), se não eu iria recorrer a loja sobre o prejuízo, deveriam investir em ferramental para os mecânicos, pois hoje em dia existe ferramenta para sacar amortecedor sem precisar de porrada.
 I recommend in some parts of service execution, I just do not recommend in the suspension exchange, they gave so much blow with a mallet to remove the front damper that ended up compromising the axial arm together with new direction and hub of the nakata that had not even 1 week of use, I had a loss of 400 reais, luck is that the product was changed in the official store of nakata, even with expertise saying that the product was damaged with mallet (had the mark of marretada in the new piece), otherwise I would resort the shop on the loss, should invest in tooling for the mechanics, because nowadays there is a tool to extract the shock without needing to be hit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência bem ruim. Deixei o carro às 08:00 da manhã para executar 3 serviços simples e os mesmo me ligam faltando 20 minutos para fechar dizendo que está pronto quando na verdade não estava pronto.
Procuro o Reginaldo (dono) para questionar e o mesmo manda eu procurar o funcionário dele para ainda executar o serviço que foi pedido as 08:00 da manhã sendo que já estão todos prontos para irem embora. Pagos 900 reais em no máximo 4x para um serviço meia boca. Não tomaram o mínimo cuidado para desmontar minha suspensão a ar e ainda riscaram o cilindro, DANIFICARAM peças. Era simplesmente retirar a suspensão a ar e colocar a original Jô lugar
Não tiveram o MÍNIMO de cuidado para desmontar meu som e ainda DANIFICARAM a fiação dos falantes 6x9.
Tentamos ajudar os comerciários do nosso bairro, mas por um serviço porco desses é melhor em em Moema, Iir no Tatuapé, ir em qualquer outro lugar onde sabemos que vão zelar pelo nosso carro e nossas peças. E as vezes até em um valor mais justo do que 900,00 reais em míseras 4x porque o dono não quer pagar os juros da máquina para fazer em 9x - 10x - 12x como é em todos os lugares normais.
Agora como vou vender a suspensão a ar danificadas. Perdi a venda!!! E ainda eu tenho que me lascar para gastar mais dinheiro na loja de som Carroussel, para refazerem a fiação estourada.
Não recomendo !!!
Pretty bad experience. I left the car at 08:00 in the morning to perform 3 simple services and they call me with 20 minutes left to close saying it is ready when it was not ready.

Paid 900 reais at a maximum of 4x for a half mouth service. They didn't take the slightest care to dismantle my air suspension and yet scratched the cylinder, DAMAGED parts. It was simply to remove the air suspension and put the original Jo place
They didn't take the minimum care to disassemble my sound and still DAMAGED the 6x9 speaker wiring.
We try to help the shopkeepers in our neighborhood, but for such a hog service it is better in Moema, Iir no Tatuapé, to go anywhere else where we know they will look after our car and our parts. And sometimes even at a fairer value than 900.00 reais in a measly 4x because the owner does not want to pay the machine's interest to make it in 9x - 10x - 12x as it is in all normal places.
Now how am I going to sell the damaged air suspension. I lost the sale !!! And yet I have to chip myself to spend more money at the Carroussel Sound Store to redo the blown out wiring.
I do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência, foi ruim, não pelo conserto mecânico nota 10000, porém fui no caixa pagar, recepcionista muito atenciosa, chega um funcionário e fala que nunca mais vai atender cliente que chega e quer arrumar carro na última hora, foi baixo falou palavrão e que ali não era pastelaria, acho que se não quer atender não precisa escrachar, só dizer não e o cliente vai em outro lugar, a pessoa que me deu orçamento já quis simplesmente trocar e isso e aquilo, debati mostrei e no final era uma solda, achei que agiu de má fé, então só mecânico meu muito obrigado pela honestidade e para este funcionário ou proprietários mais respeito ao cliente eles que mantém sua casa, comida, a não ser que só trabalhem por esporte, neste caso fiquem em casa, um aborrecimento a menos na vida das pessoas, não sou o cliente que xingou, mas me senti ofendida, pois você vira as costas e falam mal de você.
