★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horroroso. Não tem um dia sequer sem quedas. Principalmente no fim de semana, que é o momento que mais preciso da internet. Eu tenho um script que fica monitorando a conexão através de ping. Ele mostra que a internet fica mais fora do que funcional. E o pior, no fim de semana não tem suporte. Simplesmente não consigo sequer reclamar. O desconto que oferecem na fatura e não paga o prejuízo que tenho quando não consigo trabalhar por falta da internet.
Horrible service. You don't have a day without falls. Especially on the weekend, which is the time I most need the internet. I have a script that is monitoring the connection through ping. It shows that the internet is more out of function than functional. Worst of all, there is no support at the weekend. I just can't even complain. The discount they offer on the invoice and do not pay the loss I have when I can't work due to lack of internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet sempre está caindo ou está sempre em manutenção. Pago 200 megas e recebo 5.4. Péssimo! Internet péssima, o atendimento nem se fala. Horrível demais, ligo para central NINGUEM ATENDE, Mando mensagem no whatsappp NINGUEM RESPONDE ou então só respondem no final do dia. Trabalho de Home Office e fico mais tempo OFF do que ON. Complicado demais, esta sendo pior que a operadora OI. Decepcionante. Sem contar que o pagamento faço TUDO EM DIA.
Internet is always going down or is always under maintenance. I pay 200 megs and get 5.4. Terrible! Terrible internet, service is not mentioned. Too horrible, I call the center NO ONE ANSWERS, I send a message on whatsappp NO ONE ANSWERS or they only respond at the end of the day. I work from Home Office and spend more time OFF than ON. Too complicated, this being worse than the operator OI. disappointing. Not to mention that the payment I do EVERYDAY.
