Mas na loja da Claro em Queimados o atendimento é péssimo da gerente aos funcionários. Resíduo em Queimados em dois dias não resolvi meu problema. Precisam mudar a equipe em Queimados ou dar treinamentos.
 Claro's store at Top Shopping is excellent, with polite and resolute staff. I was attended by Renato, who is a professional of excellence, like his other colleagues. They deserve an award. In 10 minutes I had the service with resolution.
But at Claro's store in Queimados, the service is terrible from the manager to the employees. Residue in Queimados in two days did not solve my problem. They need to change the team in Queimados or give training.
