Essa pontuação se deve a vendedora te atender desesperada , sem observar quase nada que você pergunta e já de olho no outro cliente. Entendo mas infelizmente não compreendo e claro nessa loja vou evitar de voltar. A dinâmica lá é essa.

This score is due to the salesperson serving you desperately, without noticing almost anything you ask and already looking at the other customer. I understand but unfortunately I don't understand and of course in this store I will avoid returning. That's the dynamic there.
