I arrived with a lot of discomfort in my hips and my back was in pain! I did shiatsu with Sr Rafael and it was great because I woke up better - I managed to do my exercises without so much pain! I really had a noticeable improvement!

Dr. Alexandre is very effective. I started physical therapy with him full of pain, almost without walking, and after a few sessions I'm almost 100%. He knows several techniques and tailors a treatment to your needs, including acupuncture and chiropractic care. I recommend.
