★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos profissionais é excelente, com muita atenção e interesse pela situação dos pacientes, porém, há grande quantidade de clientes, o que faz a qualidade ficar comprometida, sinto que falta funcionários para administrar a parte burocratica, e os que tem estão sempre atolados em muitos papéis, com isso a recepção fica sobrecarregada. Mesmo com está situação o atendimento e bom, com cordialidade e respeito. Acredito que pode melhorar.
 The service provided by the professionals is excellent, with a lot of attention and interest in the patients' situation, however, there are a large number of customers, which makes quality compromised, I feel that there is a lack of employees to manage the bureaucratic part, and those who have it are always stuck. in many roles, the reception is overwhelmed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Os pacientes são atendidos de qualquer forma, com exercícios iguais para todos os pacientes . Independente da patologia, sempre fazem o mesmo alongamento, apertar a bola, e um com elástico. Não saem disso. Fiquei cansada de ir fazer sempre a mesma coisa, e com o maior descaso. Vi muitos pacientes idosos fazerem aparelhos de qualquer maneira. Já frequentei outras clínicas e percebo que a maneira com que somos tratados é a mais rápida para eles e como querem que outro paciente entre. É UMA LINHA DE PRODUÇÃO. Não façam lá. Valorizem seu dinheiro e procurem o MELHOR para vocês. SUA dor , sua limitação deve ser valorizada e precisa de um atendimento adequado. Fisioterapia não se resume em fazer sempre o mesmo. Por isso não vou frequentar e sugiro que pensem antes e procurem uma que seja com poucos pacientes , mas que o paciente seja ouvido e tratado da maneira correta. A maioria são estagiários, e a acupuntura é péssima. Uma tal de Amanda faz acepção de pacientes e não trabalha bem , aplica de qualquer maneira.
Terrible. Patients are treated in any way, with equal exercise for all patients. Regardless of the pathology, they always do the same stretching, tightening the ball, and one with elastic. Do not leave it. I was tired of always doing the same thing, and with the greatest negligence. I have seen many elderly patients make appliances anyway. I've been to other clinics and I realize that the way we treat them is the quickest for them and how they want another patient to come in. IT'S A PRODUCTION LINE. Do not do it there. Value your money and look for the BEST for you. YOUR pain, your limitation should be valued and need proper care. Physical therapy does not boil down to always doing the same. That is why I am not going to attend and suggest that you think before and look for one with few patients, but for the patient to be heard and treated correctly. Most are interns, and acupuncture is terrible. One such Amanda is patient and does not work well, applies anyway.
