★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a neuropediatra Dra Jane, pois tive uma consulta semana passada e fui tratada muito mal pela mesma, por motivo de outro paciente que estava nervoso por conta do atraso no atendimento ao me atender foi super grosseira deixando mal eu e meu filho, sendo que não tinha nada haver com o ocorrido. Se não tinha condições alguma de atender os pacientes o melhor a fazer era suspender as consultas.
I do not recommend the neuropediatrician Dr Jane, as I had a consultation last week and was treated very badly by it, because another patient who was nervous due to the delay in attending me was super rude, making me and my son feel bad. it had nothing to do with what had happened. If he was unable to attend to the patients, the best thing to do was to suspend the consultations.

Quero deixar registado a minha indignação com a clinica..... minha filha faz acompanhamento com a neurologista Jane.
Hoje pela manha fui surpreendida ao ligar na clinica para reagendar consulta de rotina e pegar as receitas do remédio controlado que minha filha toma, fiquei sabendo que a Dra. Jane não estava mais na clinica, e que ate o momento não tenho como pegar receita.
Como pode isso a médica se desliga da clinica e ninguém avisa???? isso é uma falta de comprometimento tanto da medica como da clinica.
Ao pedir um auxilio a atendente ...ela simplesmente disse que não poderia fazer nada que não era problema dela....é que a clinica esta a procura de outra profissional, ai eu pergunto e como fica minha filha sem receita sem remédio????
Vou ter que procurar outro neuro enfim fazer todo procedimento exame para que ele conheça o caso da minha filha.
Sei que não é responsabilidade da clinica o caso da minha filha ,mas devido a saída da medica ,ela poderia ter pedido para nos avisar ,eu tinha passado antes na clinica para conversar com ela pegar as receitas e ganhar tempo para conseguir outro medico.
Mas como a atendente disse em poucas palavras ela não pode fazer nada................

Good afternoon.
I want to record my indignation with the clinic...... my daughter follows up with the neurologist Jane.
This morning I was surprised to call the clinic to reschedule a routine appointment and get the prescriptions for the controlled medicine that my daughter takes, I learned that Dr. Jane was no longer at the clinic, and that so far I have no way to get a prescription.
How can the doctor leave the clinic and no one warns???? this is a lack of commitment from both the doctor and the clinic.
When asking the attendant for help...she simply said that she couldn't do anything that wasn't her problem....it's just that the clinic is looking for another professional, then I ask and how is my daughter without a prescription without medication? ???
I'll have to look for another neuro, finally, do all the exam procedure so that he knows my daughter's case.
I know that my daughter's case is not the clinic's responsibility, but due to the doctor's departure, she could have asked to let us know, I had stopped by the clinic before to talk to her to get the prescriptions and buy time to find another doctor.
But as the attendant said in a few words, she can't do anything..................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem só uma atendente no local e por sinal ela é péssima em todos os quesitos e o atendimento médico é sofrível. Não recomendo o lugar, perda de dinheiro e tempo.
There is only one attendant on site and by the way she is terrible in all aspects and the medical care is poor. I don't recommend the place, waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia a existência da clínica até passar por um exame e por aqui estou já um tempinho realizando acupuntura. Profissionais dedicados, atenciosos e comprometidos no que fazem. Infelizmente algumas coisas, ao meu ver, são falhas que poderiam ser corrigidos como: 1) flexibilidade nos horários quando você, antecipadamente, tenta reagendar. 2) Recepção: clareza nas informações passadas.
I didn't know about the existence of the clinic until I went through an exam and I've been doing acupuncture here for a while. Dedicated, attentive and committed professionals in what they do. Unfortunately, some things, in my opinion, are flaws that could be corrected, such as: 1) flexibility in schedules when you try to reschedule in advance. 2) Reception: clarity in the information passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos e auxiliares são atenciosos e profissionais. Já as atendentes na recepção são meio atrapalhadas e mal humoradas. Mas a nota baixa vai mesmo pela falta de pontualidade. Nunca fui atendido no horário, e não é um atraso de 5 ou 10 min, mas de 30 min pra cima, até mais de 1 hora! Falta de organização completa nesse quesito...
The doctors and assistants are attentive and professional. The attendants at the reception are a bit clumsy and grumpy. But the low grade is due to the lack of punctuality. I was never attended on time, and it's not a delay of 5 or 10 minutes, but from 30 minutes upwards, even more than 1 hour! Lack of complete organization in this regard...
