I had a serious problem in the lumbar spine, Mariah helped a lot and I was able to return to my life without pain and physical activities. The pilates is wonderful !! Mariah and Luana are the best !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que dizer dessa equipe que me ajudou a ser uma pessoa menos torta, menos dolorida e encarar as milhares de horas de home office sem sofrer tanto? Atendimento excelente, espaço agradável. Tudo muito bom. A única coisa que não gostei é que ainda não me deixaram usar a cama elástica, mas esse ano vai rolar!
Edit: usei a cama elástica, melhor dia da minha vida!
What about this team that helped me to be a less crooked person, less painful and face the thousands of hours of home office without suffering so much? Excellent service, nice space. All very good. The only thing I didn't like is that they still didn't let me use the trampoline, but this year it will happen!
Edit: I used the trampoline, best day of my life!
