a Letícia do financeiro a mesma que me atendeu no cancelamento do contrato no dia 06 de fevereiro.
Falando que me avisou que descontaria o valor de 230.00 do meu ch, aliás um dos que esta em poder da escola e que ate hoje não me devolveram
Essa funcionária é uma mentirosa pois ela nao me informou nada disso é informei a mesma que ela não falou . No dia ela me falou somente que a multa seria os 3 valores do ch de 230.00 pra cancelar.o que eu disse a ela que nao pagaria nada disso pois sei dos meus direitos.ela me disse que iria resolver, o que nao fez NADA.
A recepção da escola é péssima pois me mandou procurar os meus direitos inclusive.
Minha filha se aprendeu em inglês a falar hot dog foi muito, ela nao aprendeu absolutamente nada
Tudo que a escola pediu foi feito
Minha filha era menor ,ninguém me ligou pra dizer das faltas ou rendimentos
Me cobraram um material de quase 400 reais que tb foram pagos por mim e ela não usou.
Depois de tudo isso
Depositaram no dia 20/02 mais um ch indevidamente, visto que ela não frequenta as aulas desde de janeiro e eu pedi o cancelamento.
Enfim entrei em contato com a minha advogada e fui informada que : a multa de contrato superior há 10% do valor que deve ser quitado é uma delas.
Baseado em lei n 9870/99 e no artigo 51 do código do consumidor,entende que esse é o percentual máximo que pode ser aplicado , e qualquer valor superior , mesmo previsto em contrato ,deve ser considerado nulo.
Portanto a cobrança do ch é indevida , pois ultrapassa o valor a ser cobrado de multa.
Portanto eu quero o meu dinheiro de volta, e os meus chs que estão em poder da empresa essa escola é péssima, pra vender é uma beleza, não sabe pós venda , não sabe tratar um consumidor com o devido respeito .
Eu sou vendedora a mais de 20 anos e posso dizer com toda a certeza que esta escola não sabe tratar um cliente.
É como a recepcionista da escola me falou vou procurar sim meus direitos.
