★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem faz primeiro contato não é bom o atendimento e o primeiro contato é sempre o que fica estampado na reputação da empresa, já li comentário aqui aonde disseram que é pior do que a telefonia móvel que te deixam pendurados na linha! Fiquei 8 minutos na linha e só ficavam redirecionando o ramal sem nenhum retorno, nem consegui passar qual o tipo de fita eu trabalhava.

Não responde aos emails (pedidos). Quando responde, demora dias ou só respondem depois de enviar o segundo email cobrando um retorno.
Prezo pela indústria nacional mesmo pagando mais caro, mas tá difícil com esse atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem atendimento, não respondem whatsapp, 2 meses para responder um email, telefone diz que não existe. Sinceramente não sei para que tem "contato" no site e rede social. O responsável de comunicação esta de parabéns e o superior a ele melhor ainda.
Compro agora fita da china porque os caras estão respondendo e mandando a mercadoria, a gente até tenta comprar via nacional, mas como?
PS: Pior que eles fazem mkt de anúncio pago no google kkk agora me diz, para quê?
No answer, no answer whatsapp, 2 months to answer an email, phone says it does not exist. I honestly do not know why you have "contact" on the website and social network. The communication manager is to be congratulated and the superior to him even better.
I now buy china ribbon because the guys are responding and sending the merchandise, we even try to buy the national way, but how?

Fitas de péssima qualidade, falam e fazem marketing de que a cola é boa, mas não segura nem papelão. O atendimento é horrível, com demora excessiva para respostas de e-mails, orçamentos, etc. Parecs que é uma obrigação te atenderem. Prefiro pagar mais caro nos lotes de fitas importadas.

Bad quality tapes, they talk and market that the glue is good, but it doesn't hold or cardboard. The service is horrible, with excessive delay for responses to emails, quotes, etc. It seems that it is an obligation to attend you. I prefer to pay more for lots of imported tapes.

Em especificamente a atendente Tatiane, estou tentando efetuar uma compra e ela demonstra total desinteresse em enviar o e-mail com o valor atualizado, querendo resolver tudo de boca por telefone, sendo uma empresa grande esperava mais organização da atendente. Quem ligar lá, fale com outra pessoa, não recomendo a senhora Tatiane Yazumoto.
