★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 camisetas pelo site e recebi um e-mail confirmando o pedido informando que estaria disponível em 28/02, entrei em contato com a estamparia e me informaram que na segunda estaria aberto para eu retirar a partir das 10h. Conclusão fui até a estamparia não tinha ninguém, liguei várias vezes e não fui atendido, optei por retirar o pedido por conta da taxa de entrega de R$ 25,00 (Achei muito alta por serem apenas 2 camisetas), porém se não iria ter expediente na segunda de Carnaval não deveria ser confirmado por WhatsApp que o pedido estaria a disposição. Total falta de respeito com o consumidor.
I bought 2 shirts through the website and received an email confirming the order stating that it would be available on 28/02, I contacted the print shop and they informed me that on Monday it would be open for me to pick up from 10 am. Conclusion I went to the print shop, there was no one, I called several times and was not answered, I chose to withdraw the order because of the delivery fee of R$ 25.00 (I thought it was too high because there were only 2 shirts), but if I didn't have hours on Monday of Carnival should not be confirmed by WhatsApp that the order would be available. Total lack of respect for the consumer.
