★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especificamente musculação, as outras áreas não fui, aparelhos muito antigos, faltando graxa/óleo nos aparelhos, nem a instrutora sabia regular o aparelho, tinha instrutor que deu para confundir com aluno por mais conversar do que dar suporte, cheiro de cândida na academia toda "muito forte por sinal", não tem muito espaço de circulação e muito menos para fazer exercícios livres com o peso, muito desorganizado, a aparência que de fora da academia é outra da parte interna, se fosse a única academia eu malharia lá, caso contrário continuaria em outras...
Specifically weight training, the other areas were not used, very old equipment, the equipment was lacking grease/oil, not even the instructor knew how to adjust the equipment, there was an instructor who could be confused with a student for more talking than giving support, smell of candida in the entire gym "very strong by the way", there is not much space to circulate and even less to do free exercises with the weight, very disorganized, the appearance that from outside the gym is different from the inside, if it were the only gym I would work out there, if otherwise it would continue in others...
