Quanto a academia, presta bons serviços, meu filho já treinou aí muitos anos atrás.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurando uma academia que tivesse aula de natação infantil, achei a Simpool, meu primeiro contato foi por ligação, e no primeiro momento a recepcionista que me atendeu, me apresentou alguns planos e um deles foi, 2x na semana por 145,00, e logo optei por ficar com esse. Marque a primeira aula sendo experimental, e logo gostei muito dos professores, super atenciosos e profissionais, minha filha amou e quis ficar nessa academia, sendo assim preparei as documentações dela para levar na próxima aula que agendei, para matricular, pois bem, nesse dia já com o contrato feito, quando fui pagar, ela vem com um valor novo, e mais, não me deu a opção de pagamento por débito, pois esse plano, e u só podia cadastrar no cartão de crédito, pra ficar uma plano anual, sendo que, se eu não cadastrasse no cartão de crédito e escolhesse mensal, iria subir de 145,00 para 257,00. Eu achei um absurdo, eu não utilizo cartão de crédito, e eles não fazem no boleto sei lá. Me senti muito lesada, pq eles podiam ter passado essa informação antes e serem claros comigo. Ou dar alguma forma de pagamento que atendesse pessoas que não utilizam o cartão de crédito. Além disso os valores são mesmo exuberante, e a infraestrutura não compõe o valor que eles cobram. A administração é péssima

Book the first class being experimental, and soon I really liked the teachers, super attentive and professional, my daughter loved and wanted to stay in this academy, so I prepared her documentation to take to the next class I scheduled, to enroll, well, that day with the contract already done, when I went to pay, it comes with a new value, and more, it did not give me the option of payment by debit, because this plan, I could only register on my credit card, to get an annual plan, being that, if I didn't register with my credit card and chose monthly, it would go up from 145.00 to 257.00. I thought it was absurd, I don't use a credit card, and they don't do it in the bank slip, I don't know. I felt very wronged, because they could have given this information before and be clear with me. Or give some form of payment that would serve people who don't use a credit card. In addition, the values are really exuberant, and the infrastructure does not make up the amount they charge. the administration is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem instalações e equipamentos antigos. Certamente necessita de uma reforma e renovação de aparelhos. Todavia, conta com excelentes professores que nos fazem esquecer do seu estado de conservação.
The gym has old facilities and equipment. It certainly needs a makeover and renovation of appliances. However, it has excellent teachers who make us forget about its state of conservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não curto muito o lugar pra treinar. Gosto da natação. As funcionárias são bastante sérias, não rola uma boa interação. O professor de natação atual é legal.
I don't really like the place to train. I like swimming. The employees are quite serious, there is not a good interaction. The current swimming teacher is cool.
