Nesse instante entraram em contato comigo via whatsapp e me informaram que está tudo certo com o pedido porém, ainda não há um código de rastreamento. Fico aliviada e continuarei acompanhando e atualizando minha avaliação.
Infelizmente ainda não recebi nada. A empresa de logistica contratada é de péssima reputação (B2log) Mandaê, várias reclamações idênticas à minha, mentem que não havia ninguém no local e nunca entregam a mercadoria.
Finalmente chegou. O produto é perfeito. As meninas da FitineZ me atenderam super bem pelo WhatsApp. O problema mesmo era a transportadora que é péssima. Mas depois dessa novela, a FitneZ resolveu rapidinho e chegou no mesmo dia. Super obrigada. E ainda veio com um bilhete super fofo.
I bought a kit through the website and so far I haven't even received the tracking number. They don't respond to my emails or comments on social media in the last 5 days. At that moment they contacted me via whatsapp and informed me that everything is fine with the order, however, there is still no tracking code. I am relieved and will continue to monitor and update my assessment.
Unfortunately I haven't received anything yet. The contracted logistics company has a bad reputation (B2log) Mandaê, several complaints identical to mine, they lie that there was no one there and they never deliver the goods.
Finally arrived. The product is perfect. The girls from FitineZ treated me very well through WhatsApp. The real problem was the carrier, which is terrible. But after this soap opera, FitneZ decided quickly and arrived on the same day. Thank you very much. And it even came with a super cute note.
