Empresa tem uma boa proposta, com uma boa propaganda, contudo não entrega o produto oferecido.
Além de uma demora de mais de 4 horas no primeiro atendimento, com pessoas passando na frente das outras e sem organização de agenda. O que me causou de cara uma péssima impressão.
Na hora de pagar, mesmo estando com a proposta impressa e entregue por eles, e com as anotações feitas com a letra do sr. Carlos, proprietário, a outra proprietária, sra. Fabiana, disse que lamentava ele ter me informado que poderia pagar no cartão e impôs o pagamento de outra forma, completamente diferente do apresentado. Mesmo eu contestando que era ilegal essa postura de oferecer de uma forma e cobrar de outra na hora de pagar, a proprietária/recepcionista num tom irônico e grosseiro me deixou constrangido na recepção, insinuando como se eu não tivesse condições financeiras para fazer o pagamento. Eu só queria que me fosse aplicado como me foi oferecido. Não era uma limitação financeira, mas sim aplicação do meu direito de consumidor. Contudo paguei do jeito que ela impôs, diferente da proposta, justamente pelo constrangimento causado.
Após não receber o produto contratado, mesmo com todos os prazos extrapolados, solicitei o cancelamento. Concordei com a proposta de cancelamento do senhor Carlos Marn de ficar apenas com o serviço do endócrino, pagando por isso o valor de R$ 400,00. Não fiz nenhuma objeção, aceitei o cancelamento do jeito oferecido pelo sr. Carlos, pois apesar do atendimento da clínica não ter sido bom, o médico foi ótimo.
Ao final, pedi o recibo do valor pago, e me foi entregue no valor de R$ 300,00. Informei que o ser Carlos havia me cobrado R$ 400,00 pelo médico e não R$ 300,00. Contudo mais uma vez o oferecido pelo proprietário, foi descumprido.
Ao contestar (em uma mensagem enviada no horário comercial, as 17:00) que estava decepcionado com o descumprimento de sua palavra, mais uma vez, em apresentar uma coisa e executar outra, recebo tarde da noite, quando já estava deitado (quase 23:00), uma ligação do senhor Carlos aos gritos, completamente desequilibrado, me distratando por eu considerar o atendimento a mim prestado falho.
Não recomendo essa empresa. Não apenas pelo desrespeito, descumprimento de palavra, propaganda enganosa, mas principalmente pelo constrangimento que me foi causado na hora do pagamento e ligações inoportunas em horário e tom inapropriado.

Fabiana, said she was sorry he informed me that he could pay on the card and imposed the payment in another way, completely different from the one presented. Even though I disputed that it was illegal to offer this one way and charge the other when it was time to pay, the owner / receptionist in an ironic and rude tone made me uncomfortable at the reception, insinuating as if I had no financial conditions to make the payment. I just wanted it to be applied to me as it was offered to me. It was not a financial limitation, but application of my consumer right. However, I paid the way she imposed it, different from the proposal, precisely because of the embarrassment caused.
After not receiving the contracted product, even with all the extrapolated deadlines, I requested the cancellation. I agreed with Mr. Carlos Marn's proposal to cancel the endocrine service, paying the amount of R $ 400.00. I made no objection, I accepted the cancellation in the manner offered by Mr. Carlos, because even though the clinic service was not good, the doctor was great.
At the end, I asked for the receipt of the amount paid, and it was given to me in the amount of R $ 300.00. I said that Carlos had charged me R $ 400.00 for the doctor and not R $ 300.00. However, once again, what was offered by the owner was not complied with.
When I contested (in a message sent during business hours, at 17:00) that I was disappointed with the breach of his word, once again, in presenting one thing and executing another, I receive it late at night, when I was already lying down (almost 23 : 00), a call from Mr. Carlos to screaming, completely unbalanced, distracting me because I consider the service provided to me flawed.
I don't recommend this company. Not only due to disrespect, noncompliance with the word, misleading advertising, but mainly due to the embarrassment that was caused to me at the time of payment and inappropriate calls at an inappropriate time and tone.
