★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualização 23/09 - O Bartho perdeu a visão do olho direito, apesar de todos os esforços, incluindo cirurgia de transplante de córnea! Mas ninguém no pet shop sabe disso, pq diferente do que foi respondido, ninguém acompanhou a recuperação do Bartho.
Levo meu cachorro desde 2018 no Fiusa Pet e algumas vezes tivemos acidentes no olhos. Apesar de todas os cuidados solicitados meu cachorro está quase cego por causa de ulceras em seus olhos que apareceram após banhos. Infelizmente a proprietária sempre dá uma desculpa dizendo que não foi lá e que não pode fazer nada. A primeira vez que aconteceu ele ele era bem novo, foi em 2018 e ela disse que poderia ter caído um pelinho e irritado o olho, levamos para avaliação da veterinária que ficava no pet e a mesma indicou um oftalmologista, que constatou a primeira ulcera, o petshop se isentou da culpa ... a segunda vez foi em 2019, avisamos a proprietária que informou que ele tinha saído de lá com o olho normal, acreditei que poderia ser uma coincidência ser após o banho. No terceiro acidente, em 2020, foi arrancado um pedaço próximo ao olho e não havia duvidas de onde ocorreu e por isso eles assumiram que foi um acidente, mas disseram que não perceberam e por esse motivo não avisaram, estou anexando a foto para demonstrar a falta de atenção para não perceber ( após esse incidente, fiquei aproximadamente 6 meses levando ele em outro local e durante esse período não tivemos mais nenhum problema com o olho dele ), mas decidimos dar um voto de confiança ao local e nesta quinta feira, após ir ao petshop ele começou a apresentar sinais de que algo incomodava no olho e durante o final de semana foi piorando e novamente uma ulcera surgiu diante da infecção que ocorreu.
Diferente das outras vezes, entrei em contato com a proprietária, sugerindo que assumissem os custos do tratamento e a responsabilidade pelo problema, mas mais uma vez a culpa alegaram que não foi lá, que se tivesse algo eu teria falado na hora ( das ultimas 3 vezes eu falei na hora não adiantou nada) e que não era responsabilidade deles.
Não acredito muito em coincidências e por isso decidi relatar o ocorrido aqui.

Update 9/23 - Bartho lost sight in his right eye despite all efforts, including corneal transplant surgery! But no one in the pet shop knows this, because unlike what was answered, no one followed Bartho's recovery.
I've been taking my dog since 2018 at Fiusa Pet and sometimes we had injuries to the eyes. Despite all the care requested my dog is almost blind because of ulcers in his eyes that have appeared after bathing. Unfortunately, the owner always makes an excuse saying that she didn't go there and that she can't do anything. The first time it happened he was very young, it was in 2018 and she said that a hair might have fallen off and irritated the eye, we took the veterinarian who was in the pet to an evaluation and she indicated an ophthalmologist, who found the first ulcer, the petshop excused itself from the blame ... the second time was in 2019, we informed the owner who informed him that he had left there with a normal eye, I believed it could be a coincidence that it was after his bath. In the third accident, in 2020, a piece was torn off near the eye and there was no doubt where it happened and so they assumed it was an accident, but they said they didn't notice and for that reason they didn't warn, I'm attaching the photo to demonstrate the lack of attention not to notice (after this incident, I spent approximately 6 months taking him elsewhere and during this period we had no more problems with his eye), but we decided to give the place a vote of confidence and this Thursday, after going to the petshop he started to show signs that something was bothering the eye and over the weekend it got worse and again an ulcer appeared due to the infection that occurred.
Unlike other times, I contacted the owner, suggesting that they assume the costs of the treatment and responsibility for the problem, but once again the blame claimed that it wasn't there, that if I had something I would have said right away (from the last 3 times I said it didn't do any good) and that it was not their responsibility.
I don't really believe in coincidences and that's why I decided to report what happened here.
