★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como construtor de veículos especiais sou cliente da fixopar desde 1976, quando a loja ainda estava no endereço rua Pernambuco no centro de São Caetano do sul.
Coincidentemente fui vizinho do dono da loja na rua isaco copinni vila Gerti.
Sempre tive atendimento especial por toda a meninada, com profissionalismo, nunca sai com itens faltantes.
Materiais de excelente qualidade.

 As a manufacturer of special vehicles, I have been a customer of fixopar since 1976, when the store was still located at Rua Pernambuco in the center of São Caetano do Sul.
Coincidentally, I was next door to the store owner on Rua Isaco Copinni Vila Gerti.
I have always had special service for all the kids, with professionalism, never leaving missing items.
Excellent quality materials.
No more comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, um dia piores estabelecimentos de São Caetano do Sul, vendedores despreparados e péssimo atendimento. Já tinha sido mal atendido em uma outra vez que estive na loja, resolvi voltar com a esperança de a loja ter mudado, puro engano. Não sei como estabelecimentos como esse ainda sobrevivem. Não volto nunca mais e não recomendo a ninguém ir nesta loja.
Terrible store, one day the worst establishments in São Caetano do Sul, unprepared sellers and poor service. I had already been poorly attended on another time I was at the store, I decided to return with the hope that the store had changed, pure mistake. I don't know how establishments like this still survive. I'm never coming back and I don't recommend anyone going to this store.

Tem reclamações de atendimento a muito tempo, mas parece que não melhoram nunca.
Para clientes com experiência talvez nem ligam pra atendimento, porém quando fui comprar, tinha além de mim, 2 clientes sem muita experiência no assunto. Dando pra ver o "desânimo, falta de profissionalismo e dedicação" por parte dos atendentes.
Realmente você se sente excluído e ignorado na loja.

There have been service complaints for a long time, but it seems they never get better.
For experienced customers, they may not even care about the service, but when I went to buy, there were, besides me, 2 customers without much experience in the matter. You can see the "dismay, lack of professionalism and dedication" on the part of the attendants.
You really feel left out and ignored in the store.
