Dificultam a vida do cliente com "normas da empresa " para troca de todas as maneiras ,demoram na resposta .NO SITE VENDEM UMA COISA E ENTREGAM OUTRA DEIXANDO O CLIENTE NO TOTAL PREJUIZO .NÃO RECOMENDO .
FOI SIM ,FOI BEEEMMM RESOLVIDO ,EU MESMA RESOLVI ,MAS ESQUECI ESTÃO SEMPRE CERTOS !!!!
Halana Salesman and WAGNER Manager did not want to exchange a product that I bought on the site and came wrong, they sell with a description, they deliver with another one and say they can't do anything.
They make life difficult for the customer with "company rules" to exchange in all ways, they take a long time to respond. ON THE SITE THEY SELL ONE THING AND DELIVER ANOTHER LEAVING THE CUSTOMER TOTAL DAMAGE. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
IT WAS YES, IT WAS BEEEMMM RESOLVED, I RESOLVED IT MYSELF, BUT I FORGOT THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT !!!!

Péssima qualidade dos equipamentos e discos que comercializam. Não atendem telefone e nem respondem nós números divulgados. E mantem um único funcionário na porta para mentir aos clientes que chega para solicitar atendimento pessoalmente.
Responderam aqui hoje após 2 semanas que mudaram de endereço, e um funcionário que me atendeu pessoalmente, tenho as fotos disse que a loja não existe mais, que ele só estava lá pra entregar lote de leilão.
Quem é que está mentindo?

Terrible quality of equipment and discs they sell. They do not answer the phone nor do we answer the published numbers. And it keeps a single employee at the door to lie to customers who come in to request service in person.
They responded here today after 2 weeks they changed their address, and an employee who attended me personally, I have the photos said that the store no longer exists, that he was only there to deliver an auction lot.
