Por conta disto, claro, não fechei negócio. O que precisa melhorar na minha opinião, portanto, é o pricing/estimativa de horas de trabalho de um reparo.
I liked Diego's structure and service, but the budget was much, much more expensive than doing it at the Porsche in Vila Olímpia. Because of this, of course, I didn't close the deal. What needs to improve in my opinion, therefore, is the pricing/estimate of working hours for a repair.

Acabei que confirmei orçamento, eles adquiriram peças para me atender e acabei não precisando do serviço, me coloquei a disposição para não gerar prejuízos para eles, porém, forma ímpares e disseram que tinham saída das peças e me tranquilizaram que não acarretaria prejuízo, agiram com total honestidade e transparecia e um atendimento impecável.

I was extremely well attended from the first contact, I made a quote that was a great price. I ended up confirming the budget, they purchased parts to serve me and I ended up not needing the service, I made myself available not to cause losses for them, however, in a unique way and they said that they had output of the parts and they reassured me that it would not cause loss, they acted with total honesty and transparency and impeccable service.
I congratulate you for the excellent service and honesty in dealings, you are a model for the automotive service market!
I will definitely become a loyal customer!
