★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não liga para o cliente avisando que o aparelho está pronto,quando vai na loja nunca acha o dono, atendentes não sabem dar informações, muitas reclamações de outros clientes por demora e falta de comunicação... Deixei um xbox360 em novembro de 2016 nunca me ligaram pra avisar o estado do aparelho, fui atrás no começo da semana passada estava pronto ao mesmo tempo não estava. O vídeo game que deixei desapareceu, olhei o modelo do HD, do vídeo game e do controle, nada batia não batia, me deram outro aparelho, outra fonte,outros controles. Isso é caso de polícia.
Does not care about the customer warning that the device is ready, when goes to the store never finds the owner, attendants do not know how to give information, many complaints from other customers for delay and lack of communication ...
