★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrelinha, pq sem nenhuma não posta... Levei o tablet para consertar, ele ligava mas dependendo do movimento, ele desligava sozinho.
O rapaz disse q era a placa, mas que não tinha a placa dele. Iria trocar.
Voltei por 3x, nas datas que ele informou e ainda não estava pronto...
Na última vez, ele informou que pediu a placa mas como não tinha chegado ele trocou por uma outra (de um tablet bom, d outro cliente) q nao era compatível com o meu, pq a minha placa ele não achou.
Agora meu tablet nem liga, nem carrega mais!!
Ninguém leva NADA para consertar e fica PIOR do que levou! ??

I came back 3x, on the dates he informed and was not ready yet ...
The last time, he informed that he asked for the card but as he had not arrived he exchanged it for another one (from a good tablet, from another customer) which was not compatible with mine, because my card he did not find.
Now my tablet doesn’t turn on or charge anymore !!
Nobody takes ANYTHING to fix and it gets WORSE than it took! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, mal educados, fizeram um serviço malfeito, perdi o celular e o dinheiro, fui expulsa da loja, rasgaram a nota fiscal, não cumpriram o que foi combinado . Compareci na loja cinco vezes, sempre com mesmo problema travando a tela, danificaram as laterais do celular, colocaram uma tela de péssima qualidade, para usar, o celular eu tinha que colocar força com as pontas do dedos foi então que a tela começou a trincar. Na ultima tentativa fui muito humilhada, cobraram pelo conserto 150,00 estou revoltada , vou tentar tomar uma atitude procurando o Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência completamente negativa. Levei meu celular pontuando uma situação e o atendente insistiu de que era outra coisa. Não resolveu e ainda voltou com mais defeitos. Não recomendo, acabei pagando um celular novo e ainda a manutenção da qual não surgiu efeitos positivos nenhum.

No final, ele devolveu o meu dinheiro e deu o endereço de um cara para arrumar em sp, cheguei lá nem tinha a loja desse cara. Levei em uma autorizada e disseram que ele ferrou com o meu celular, deu perda total, tive que comprar outro.

Fui levar meu Celular para fazer a troca de bateria, foi um serviço rápido e com o valor parecido com de outras assistência técnica
Me deram 1 mês de validade da peça, achei muito estranho
Com 1 mês de uso após a troca o celular deu problema levei e resolveram, disseram que estava tudo solto as peças dentro sendo que não tem como eu soltar sem abrir o celular, ou seja, os mesmo alegaram que tinham encaixado de mau jeito
Com 2 meses a bateria veio a dar problema, fui informado por outra área técnica que essa bateria não era para estar ruim com esse prazo!

With 2 months the battery started to give problem, I was informed by another technical area that this battery was not supposed to be bad with that deadline!
