★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio fica no centro, em uma área mais comercial, o que implica em menos movimento à noite e em limitações de opções de restaurantes próximas. Mas tem alguns clubes que funcionam à noite nas ruas vizinhas e o prédio fica a duas ruas da beira mar.
O apartamento em si é muito bom, tem uma piscina grande, academia, garagem e porteiro 24hs. A crítica fica por conta da internet predial, no período que estive hospedada fiquei sem internet por mais de 60% do tempo.
The building is centrally located in a more commercial area, which means less movement at night and limited dining options nearby. But there are some clubs that work at night on neighboring streets and the building is two streets away from the waterfront.
The apartment itself is very nice, has a large pool, gym, garage and 24 hour concierge. The criticism is the building internet, in the period I was staying I was without internet for more than 60% of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento por parte dos porteiros. Local limpo. Academia com bons equipamentos. Piscina com boa vista. Mas o vento forte da região e o andar em q ela fica, acaba deixando o banho um pouco desagradável e dias de vento. Permite animais. Mas não tivemos problemas com isso.
Great service from the porters. Clean place. Gym with good equipment. Pool with good view. But the strong wind of the region and the floor where it is, ends up leaving the bath a little unpleasant and windy days. Allows animals. But we had no problem with that.

Os porteiros de fato são pessoas super solícitas. Ambiente limpo e aconchegante. A piscina é incrível, não é funda mas proporciona uma vista linda de 360° do topo do edifício. Do ap no qual me hospedei, apenas trocar uma frigideira que gruda tudo, fazer uma boa limpeza para receber os hóspedes e averiguar um mal cheiro que possui em uma parte do guarda roupa próximo do condicionador de ar. Nada de absurdo, mas agradaria bastante quem busca se hospedar no local.

Doormen are really helpful people. Clean and cozy environment. The pool is incredible, it is not deep but it offers a beautiful 360 ° view from the top of the building. From the apartment where I stayed, just change a frying pan that sticks everything together, do a good cleaning to receive the guests and find out a bad smell that has in a part of the wardrobe next to the air conditioner. Nothing absurd, but it would be very pleasing to anyone looking to stay there.
