★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha primeira compra no delivery Dia e a transportadora em questão foi essa, a entrega estava prevista para 11/04/2018 das 12:00 hs ãs 18:00 hs, mesmo antes do horário tentei o rastreio no site da empresa não funciona, o produto tão pouco foi entregue nenhuma ligação nada total falta de respeito pelo consumidor.
I made my first purchase at delivery Day and the carrier in question was this, the delivery was scheduled for 11/04/2018 from 12:00 pm to 18:00 pm, even before the time I tried the tracking on the company's website it doesn't work, the product so little was delivered no connection no total lack of respect for the consumer.

Comprei na midea store a loja fez um rolo tremendo na minha nota, endereço, entrega e etc...quem resolveu foi a transportadora, destaque em especial para a colaborada Liliane, pessoas maravilhosamente competente e comprometida que transformou meu problema em solução!!!
Por mais profissionais humanos e menos robotizados...por mais profissionais que como ela, excedam nossas expectativas e queira fazer além da obrigação ou apenas o que é mandado...profissionais que realmente vestem a camisa e que encantam clientes, elevando para outro nível um simples atendimento...

I bought at the midea store the store made a tremendous roll on my note, address, delivery and etc ... who solved it was the carrier, especially the collaborator Liliane, wonderfully competent and committed people who turned my problem into a solution !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não estava em casa na hora da entrega e me ligaram para avisar que o entregador estava lá, consegui alguém para receber meu produto e fui super bem atendido pela Vanessa que me ligou para me notificar.
I was not at home at the time of delivery and they called me to let me know that the delivery person was there, I got someone to receive my product and I was very well attended by Vanessa who called me to notify me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima minha experiência! era para a minha comprar ter chegado dia 08/11 e o site para acompanhar não era atualizado tinha dias. No dia 11/11 entrei em contato com a empresa via whats, que me informaram que tinham tentado entregar no dia 09/11 e que não tinha ninguém para receber (o que é engraçado, pq tinha 5 pessoas em casa e não ouve transpotadora), enfim me informaram que o prazo foi alterado para o dia 17/11. Mandei msg para o SAC e nadinha.
Maior desfeita com seus clientes.
My experience has been terrible! my purchase was supposed to have arrived on 11/08 and the site to follow was not updated for days. On 11/11 I got in touch with the company via whats, who informed me that they had tried to deliver on 11/09 and that there was no one to receive it (which is funny, because there were 5 people at home and they don't hear a conveyor) , they finally informed me that the deadline was changed to 11/17. I sent a msg to the SAC and nothing.
Greatest slight with your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa transportadora e com a loja contratante do serviço. Sempre adquiri e nunca deu problema, porém, faz 4 dias (incluindo atraso na entrega) que aguardo a chegada do meu pedido, mas que sempre informam que não tem ninguém em casa, o que é mentira, pois em momento algum houve pessoas fora da casa e sequer tentaram realizar uma entrega. Sem contar que pagamos pelo serviço e praticamente parecem que estão nos fazendo um favor, porque a resposta é sempre a mesma.
Bad experience with this carrier and with the store contracting the service. I always bought it and there was never a problem, however, it's been 4 days (including late delivery) that I've been waiting for my order to arrive, but they always inform me that there's no one at home, which is a lie, as at no time were there any people outside the home and even attempted a delivery. Not to mention that we pay for the service and it practically looks like they're doing us a favor, because the answer is always the same.
