Pela 2 vez pedi a segunda via de um cartão fiquei esperando a semana inteira em casa não aparece ninguém daí eles colocam no rastreio do site que o destinatário está ausente. Péssimo serviço !!!
They don't deliver the mail
For the 2 time I asked for a duplicate of a card I was waiting the whole week at home no one appears there they put it on the website that the recipient is absent. Terrible service!!!

Ou seja pelo que estou vendo pelo código de rastreio, minha encomenda está parada desde o dia 02/12, segundo código rastreio *na base de destino*! Ou seja está esquecido lá ?? Ou já poderiam ter entregue ?! Ninguém dá informações...pq pelo código de rastreio, é inexistente a atualização!
I purchased a product through Banco Inter's website, since 12/02 they don't update the information about my order! In other words, from what I'm seeing through the tracking code, my order has been stopped since 12/02, according to tracking code *on the destination base*! In other words, it's forgotten there?? Or could they have already delivered?! Nobody gives information...because by the tracking code, there is no update!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uma encomenda e eles alegam que não entregaram o produto pois não havia ninguém para receber a mercadoria, eu trabalho em casa sendo algo impossível de não haver alguém em casa, acho que o entregador imaginou que sou vidente que eu estaria no portão aguardando o pedido não é possível, muito desconsideração com o cliente.
I placed an order and they claim they didn't deliver the product because there was no one to receive the goods, I work from home and it's impossible not to have someone at home, I think the delivery guy thought I'm a psychic that I'd be at the gate waiting for the order is not possible, very disrespectful to the customer.

Trabalho no local tenho funcionário no local como nao localizou o responsável...2 via já e a mesma coisa palhaçada péssima empresa
