Atendimento super ruim pelo proprio dono.
Trabalho final péssimo, mostram uma arte e depois na impressão saioutra. Sem fala q ele fala um preço e depois que cobra outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa em tudo. O dono não tem palavra te promete uma coisa e na hora de fechar negócio ele muda tudo aumenta o preço, faz tudo diferente. Tudo começou. quando seu funcionário Sérgio entrou em contato comigo pra me oferecer o serviço, ele insistiu tanto que depois de um bom tempo eu decidir fechar, fechamos um determinado valor ai uma semana depois eu vou deixar o material e o Marcelo (dono ) diz que não da mais pra fechar o valor que acertou comigo, disse que me ligaria pra dar resposta, isso meu material já no ponto só esperando eles decidir pra eu rodar o meu material, porque nessa altura do campeonato não tinha como ir atrás de outra gráfica em cima da hora. Tudo bem! vou pra casa e no outro dia eu ligo pra ele (Sérgio funcionário) e ele diz que o dono (marcelo) vai fazer o valor mais caro eu aceito o valor mais caro, quando estou a caminho da gráfica pra fechar negócio com eles. Ele simplesmente manda uma mensagem para meu whatzap dizendo que o dono (Marcelo) não vai puder rodar meu serviço porque porque entrou um serviço grande na empresa e não será possível fazer o meu. Olha a tamanha falta de respeito.Me desesperei porque como ia atrás de outra gráfica em cima da hora! Empresa não tem um pingo de respeito com o cliente, péssima postura da empresa, isso só demonstra a falta de competência e responsabilidade

Look at the lack of respect. The company does not have an ounce of respect for the customer, the company's poor posture, this only demonstrates the lack of competence and responsibility
