★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma capinha e uma película para um celular samsung s8, a primeira película apresentou problemas e começou a sair do aparelho.. Ao retornar na loja foi feita a troca 4 vezes pela atendente onde nenhuma delas fica perfeitamente fixada no aparelho.. até que por fim, a 5ª película foi trocada por um outro modelo (de silicone), a aderência até que ficou melhor, mas ainda apresentou problemas e atualmente está saindo do aparelho...Retornei novamente na loja mencionada, onde o funcionário disse que a culpa era minha, pois tenho que retirar a capinha de silicone para carregar o aparelho e a mesma influencia na aderência do produto... Ou seja, não posso retirar a capinha em hipótese nenhuma. resumindo, tive um prejuízo de 50 reais, fora os 3 estacionamentos, tempo etc, pois tive que voltar diversas vezes lá para tentar argumentar algo... Não pude nem trocar por outro produto... Hoje apenas 1 semana após a tentativa de troca a película de silicone já esta suja e saindo novamente do aparelho... Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor... NÃO COMPRARIA NOVAMENTE!! NÃO ACONSELHO PARA NINGUÉM..
I bought a cape and a film for a samsung s8 cell phone, the first film had problems and started to come out of the device. Upon returning to the store, the operator exchanged 4 times, none of which was perfectly fixed on the device. Finally, the 5th film was replaced by another model (silicone), the adhesion was even better, but it still had problems and is currently coming out of the device...I returned again to the mentioned store, where the employee said it was the fault mine, because I have to remove the silicone cap to charge the device and it influences the product's adherence... In other words, I can't remove the cap under any circumstances. in short, I had a loss of 50 reais, apart from the 3 parking lots, time etc, as I had to go back there several times to try to argue something... I couldn't even exchange it for another product... Today only 1 week after the exchange attempt the silicone film is already dirty and coming out of the device again... A lack of respect for the consumer... WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!! I DON'T ADVICE TO ANYONE...
