★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrada minha insatisfação com o atendimento que acabei de ter ao telefone por Lizandra. Liguei para reportar que um produto não foi entregue, e inicialmente a atendente não quis se identificar. Ficou naquela conversa:
Eu - Boa tarde. Com que eu falo?
Atendente: - Com quem você quer falar?
Em um bom atendimento é primordial que a atendente se identifique. Afinal, eu não estava ligando para um número particular/pessoal, mas sim para um restaurante.
Depois de algum insistência, só após eu ter dito o meu nome e o motivo da minha ligação, que ela disse o nome: Lizandra.
Enfim, passado esse mal atendimento inicial, fui informada que não poderia fazer nada acerca do meu produto faltante por este canal, apenas pelo app do iFood.
Pois bem, um bom atendimento tentaria resolver o problema. Verificando quem fosse, mas me enviando o produto faltando ou reembolsando o valor pago.
Depois de pesquisar, descobri que a proprietária é a pessoa que me atendeu: Lizandra Silva Meira.
Lamentável este atendimento vindo da proprietária.
I want to record my dissatisfaction with the service I just got on the phone by Lizandra. I called to report that a product was not delivered, and initially the attendant did not want to identify herself. It was in that conversation:
Me - Good afternoon. What do I talk to?
Clerk: - Who do you want to talk to?
In a good service, it is essential that the attendant identify herself. After all, I wasn't calling a private/personal number, I was calling a restaurant.
After some insistence, only after I had said my name and the reason for my call, that she said the name: Lizandra.
Anyway, after this initial poor service, I was informed that I could not do anything about my missing product through this channel, only through the iFood app.
Well, a good service would try to solve the problem. Checking whoever it was, but sending me the missing product or refunding the amount paid.
After researching, I found out that the owner is the person who attended me: Lizandra Silva Meira.
Regrettable this service coming from the owner.

Without a doubt it is my favorite restaurant. The outdoor area and background music make the place even more pleasant. The food is sensational, be sure to drink the watermelon juice and try the chocolate ice cream.
