★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já era cliente da loja, entretanto nesse final de semana de dia foram muito infelizes com o atendimento. Mandei mensagem perguntando se ainda era possível encomendar flores e me confirmaram que podia. Com isso, suspendi minha encomenda no outro local. Em seguida ficaram sem me responder por horas, eas 20h da noite ( haviam me conformado que eu poderia encomendar as flores as 10h) me mandaram uma msg que me retornaria se realmente o pedido seria aceito devido a grande demanda. Até agora não me falaram mais nada.
Entendo perfeitamente o número de pedidos elevados, mas não é por isso que tem que ter descaso com o restante dos clientes. Por isso fiquei sem flores nenhuma para o dia.
I was already a customer of the store, however that weekend they were very unhappy with the service. I sent a message asking if it was still possible to order flowers and they confirmed that I could. With that, I suspended my order at the other location. Then they didn't answer me for hours, and 20h at night (they had agreed that I could order the flowers at 10am) they sent me a message that would return if the request would really be accepted due to great demand. So far they haven't said anything to me.
I fully understand the number of high orders, but that is not why you have to neglect the rest of your customers. So I ran out of flowers for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz encomenda de um arranjo BEM colorido. optei por um arranjo mais caro e exuberante. Pedi sem flores brancas. O aranjo que chegou era basicamente com flores champagne. Mesmo assim, a destinataria ficou muito contente e feliz com a variedade de flores.
I ordered a VERY colorful arrangement. I opted for a more expensive and exuberant arrangement. Ordered no white flowers. The arrangement that arrived was basically champagne flowers. Even so, the recipient was very happy and happy with the variety of flowers.
