★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site e no frete está dizendo de 2 a 5 dias, mas depois que comprei liguei para dizer que não havia recebido o numero do correio para acompanhar. Atendimento telefônico péssimo, como se eu estivessem fazendo um favor em falar comigo e desmentiu o que foi dito no site. Dias depois recebi um email da logistica deles com um número sem as letras iniciais e finais, consequentemente não consegui rastrear o numero pela inexistência do mesmo. Liguei novamente e só porque perguntei nome com quem estava falando a pessoa desligou na minha cara. então, não gosta de pessoas, não trabalha com elas, fique no administrativo. Minha dúvida: vou receber minha encomenda? Falo com pessoas idôneas e éticas?
 I made a purchase on the website and the shipping is saying 2 to 5 days, but after I bought it I called to say that I had not received the number of the mail to accompany. Lousy phone service, as if I were doing you a favor in talking to me and contradicted what was said on the website. Days later I received an email from their logistics with a number without the initial and final letters, consequently I was unable to trace the number due to the lack of it. I called again and just because I asked who the person was talking to, the person hung up on me. so, you don't like people, you don't work with them, stay in the administrative. My question: will I receive my order? Do I speak with reputable and ethical people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, comprei vários óleos diferentes, mas TODOS tinham a mesma textura e cheiro. Usei no meu cabelo( os que uso habitualmente ) e meu cabelo virou uma palha. Na época reclamei, mas pela demora em responderem, joguei fora e perdi meu dinheio.
I didn't like it, I bought several different oils, but ALL had the same texture and smell. I used it on my hair (the ones I usually use) and my hair turned to straw. At the time I complained, but for the delay in answering, I threw it away and lost my money.

Vamos respeitar a inteligência dos clientes, ninguém é tão idiota de acreditar em propaganda enganosa.
Vocês anunciam frete grátis acima de 200 reais, a gente compra mais de 200 e vocês ao finalizar a compra vem cobrar um frete ABSURDO de mais de 15 reais aqui para a capital, bem na zona sul, fala sério!
Já mandei minha mãe comprar em outro lugar, que em qualquer preço da compra não cobra o frete
