Fiz a compra dos modulados em fevereiro/2021, ATÉ AGORA (FEVEREIRO/2022) AINDA NÃO ME ENTREGARAM! Sucessivos erros! Peças chegam errado o tempo todo, a equipe mente e esconde erros, esquecem de pedir... três cômodos da minha casa em obra há mais de 1 ano porque a FLORENSE NÃO CONSEGUE ENTREGAR O QUE EU COMPREI! E não é só comigo! TODAS AS PESSOAS COM QUEM EU CONVERSO SE ARREPENDEM DE FECHAR LÁ! VÃO PRA CONCORRÊNCIA!
The worst modular shop in Belém! Countless dissatisfied customers! Make no mistake, the brand is great, the quality too, but the Belém team is terrible! I made the purchase of the modules in February/2021, UNTIL NOW (FEBRUARY/2022) THEY STILL HAVE NOT DELIVERED ME! Successive mistakes! Parts arrive wrong all the time, the team lies and hides errors, they forget to order... three rooms of my house have been under construction for over 1 year because FLORENSE CAN'T DELIVER WHAT I PURCHASED! And it's not just me! ALL THE PEOPLE I TALK TO REGRET TO CLOSING THERE! GO TO COMPETITION!
