★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, sou cliente e vizinho da Floricultura há anos, sempre que temos uma comemoração na família, presenteio esposa, mãe, irmã e filha com Flores da Martinho, porém, na data de ontem (14.02.22) por volta das 19hs, fui comprar um buquê, fui recepcionado por um funcionário e logo eu e minha filha escolhemos as flores.
Vi o valor na Vitrine e o valor da entrega, mas não vi o valor adicional por se tratar de presente.
Na hora de pagar, a conta do funcionário deu diferente da minha, eu questionei o mesmo e este me respondeu de uma forma tão ríspida e desagradável que hoje eu me arrependo de ter finalizado a compra.
Onde está o problema em tentar entender a conta?
Estou fazendo esta crítica de uma forma construtiva afim de que algum dos gestores veja e tome alguma providência com relação à seus funcionários e só não deixo de frequentar a mesma devido aos anos de bons serviços prestados à mim e minha família.
Well, I've been a customer and neighbor of Floricultura for years, whenever we have a celebration in the family, I present my wife, mother, sister and daughter with Flores da Martinho, however, on yesterday's date (14.02.22) around 19 pm, I went to buy a bouquet, I was welcomed by an employee and soon my daughter and I chose the flowers.
I saw the value in the Showcase and the delivery value, but I didn't see the additional value because it was a gift.
At the time of paying, the employee's account was different from mine, I questioned the same and he answered me in such a harsh and unpleasant way that today I regret having completed the purchase.
Where is the problem in trying to understand the account?
I'm making this criticism in a constructive way so that some of the managers see and take some action regarding their employees and I just don't stop attending it due to the years of good service provided to me and my family.
