Eu entrei em contato com eles de outro país (eu moro nos Estados Unidos) eles me atenderam super rápido e com um atendimento excelente. Mamãe recebeu as flores em 30 minutos e ainda comentou que as flores estavam super frescas, cheirosas e alegres. Achei um máximo o frete ser sido grátis e o cartão junto com as flores também. Vocês são demais! ?
I have no words to describe the florist's service. I got in touch with them from another country (I live in the United States) they attended me super fast and with an excellent service. Mom received the flowers in 30 minutes and also commented that the flowers were super fresh, fragrant and cheerful. I thought the shipping was free and the card along with the flowers as well. You guys are awesome! ?

Em 01/12/2021, depois de mais de 2 meses da reclamação de meu marido Antonio, a floricultura agradece a reclamação dele para aprimoramento no atendimento, mas não menciona nada a respeito do que fazer para mitigar o descontentamento causado ao meu marido e a mim, ou seja, "possivelmente" os próximos clientes não terão o mesmo problema, mas meu marido que fique com o "preju". Esse é o "setor de qualidade" da floricultura...rsrs..... Em tempo: desde a famigerada compra fiz posteriormente outra compra na floricultura da avenida nossa senhora do sabara (Flores Martinho) e, como meu marido mencionou na mensagem anterior, as flores são novas e o atendimento é ótimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 entrei em contato com atendente Yuri do qual foi super superficial sem dar atenção devida ao cliente e tratar de maneira pouco cordial, depois perguntei quais eram as opções como em qualquer cotação que se faça, demora na resposta e falta de preparo para abordar o cliente, além de não enviar fotos para que o cliente escolha o produto de seu agrado. Falta de preparo, receptividade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dia 23/09/21 orquídeas para entrega. Foi entregue, porém ficaram murchas 5 dias depois. Anteriormente já tinha comprado essa mesma orquídea na floricultura da avenida Nossa Sra do Sabará (frente ao cemitério do Campo Grande) e demorou SEMANAS para murchar. Informei a floricultura por whatsapp e me disseram que o "setor de qualidade" (rsrs...) me retornaria no dia seguinte. Porém não houve esse retorno, talvez porque além de não ter "qualidade" não haja "setor " também...rsrs...ou seja, não comprem para entrega, pois enviarão flores "velhas", comprar nessa loja só se for presencialmente (e caso compre, sugiro observar com muuuuitaaaaa atenção).
