★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizada. Encomendei um arranjo com 5 dias de antecedência, quando fui buscar no horário combinado não estava pronto, disseram que não viram a anotação da encomenda. Pelo menos não demoraram pra fazer na hora.
Disorganized. I ordered an arrangement 5 days in advance, when I went to get the combined schedule was not ready, they said they did not see the note of the order. At least they did not take long to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui informada por telefone que meus arranjos ficariam prontos em no maximo 15mim, até estranhei porque era pouco tempo, mas comprei tanto essa vantagem do tempo que fui lá. Os arranjos ficaram impecaveis, lindos demais, porém, fui tratada de forma muito bruta por reclamar da demora. O tempo total para a entrega foi de 1h25min, isso atrasou todo meu intinerário no dia do meu próprio casamento, foi um dos motivos pelos quais o dia que seria o mais feliz da minha vida se tornou quase um pesadelo. Não volto lá nunca mais.
I was informed by telephone that my arrangements would be ready by noon, until I was surprised because it was a short time, but I bought so much of the time advantage that I went there. The arrangements were impeccable, too beautiful, but I was treated very grossly for complaining about the delay. The total time for delivery was 1h25min, that delayed my entire itinerary on the day of my own wedding, which was one of the reasons why the day that would be the happiest day of my life became almost a nightmare. I will not go back there ever again.
