★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc nao falar 2x nao sera atendido, pessimo atendimento, e preços superiores ao q é oferecido, em flora proxima, menor, obtive atendimento cortes, atencioso, e com a metade do preço oferecendo mais do que somente uma rosa apenas.
Obs. Quando cheguei, 4 pessoas no balcao estavam sem atendimento e desocupados.
Melhor procurar alguma flora que nao seja um imenso favor atender o cliente.
If you do not speak 2x you will not be served, poor service, and prices higher than what is offered, in close proximity, less, I got service cuts, attentive, and at half the price offering more than just a single rose.
Obs. When I arrived, 4 people at the counter were unattended and unoccupied.
Better to look for some flora that is not a huge favor to serve the customer.

Very bad service ... I spoke since 7 am on whatsapp and after spending all day I still had no answer ... even though I insisted several times. Regrettable ... such an old company should have more zeal for the customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento foi uma verdadeira decepção! Pelo o whats fui muito bem atendida e qndo chego no local o atendimento foi outra totalmente diferente. O senhor q estava lá, parecia mais q tava de mal humor e deu um preço nada haver como o q foi repassado pelo o whats. Enfim, tinha tudo pra ser recomendado, mas dá minha parte não irei recomendar a ninguém!
Unfortunately, the service was a real disappointment! On whats, I was very well attended and when I arrived at the place, the service was completely different. The man who was there, it seemed more like he was in a bad mood and gave a price nothing like what was passed on by whats. Anyway, I had everything to be recommended, but give my share, I won't recommend it to anyone!
