Comprei uma cesta de café da manhã para minha mãe de dia das mães e a mesma veio totalmente diferente do produto que estava no catálogo (o mesmo demonstrado pela vendedora do local ) frutas esmagadas, falta de itens e total irresponsabilidade no horário da entrega , uma tremenda falta de comprometimento com o cliente , notifiquei o erro para a floricultura no ato da entrega ( a mesma disse que iria resolver o problema)e até o exato momento nada foi feito ,inclusive o local já fechou e a cesta não foi trocada e muito menos houve uma satisfação dizendo que não iriam vir .
Conclusão : em pleno dia das mães eles não tiveram um pingo de sensibilidade e a minha mãe não teve o café da manhã na altura do que planejamos para ela nessa data tão importante.
Insatisfação se resume nesse dia tão especial , aqui fica a minha indignação e tristeza por profissionais tão despreparados para o atendimento ao público .

I bought a breakfast basket for my mother on Mother's Day and it came totally different from the product that was in the catalog (the same one shown by the local seller) crushed fruits, lack of items and total irresponsibility at the time of delivery, a tremendous lack of commitment to the customer, I notified the error to the florist on delivery (she said it would solve the problem) and so far nothing has been done, including the place has closed and the basket has not been changed and much there was less satisfaction saying that they would not come.
Conclusion: in the middle of Mother's Day they did not have an ounce of sensitivity and my mother did not have breakfast at the time of what we planned for her on that important date.
Dissatisfaction is summed up on this very special day, here is my indignation and sadness for professionals so unprepared to serve the public.

Atraso na entrega, isso que paguei por ela, e não foi cumprida o horario.
Não tinha se quer um cartão para escrever e entregar junto, tive que comprar um cartão.
Péssimo, não compro nunca mais!
