Estou decepcionada, meu pedido não foi entregue, agendei com horário marcado simplesmente por que gostaria que fosse entregue naquele tempo, paguei pelo serviço e só enviaram com quase duas horas depois quando já não havia mais ninguém no local. Pedi o meu reembolso e não me estornaram. Um empresa no porte de vocês ser mesquinhos e não aceitar que erraram. Quero meu dinheiro de volta nem que seja através do Procon. Péssimos, sem escrúpulos.
Lousy service, rude people, do not recommend. I am disappointed, my order was not delivered, I scheduled it by appointment simply because I would like it to be delivered at that time, I paid for the service and they only sent it almost two hours later when there was no one else in the place. I asked for my refund and they didn't refund me. A company the size of you is stingy and doesn't accept that you made mistakes. I want my money back even if it is through Procon. Lousy, unscrupulous.

Store with one of the worst virtual services I've ever seen in palms. I complained to the attendant and he was kind enough to make fun of me by message hahaha what a decadence!

As in some previous reviews, poor service! They don't care about the customer, only profit! With no management and no logistics control, by the company's standard, I expected more, much more!

Além de absurdo de caro 25 reais 1 unidade de rosa branca,20 reais uma rosa vermelha melhorzinha que eles dizem ser importadas, e a outra rosa 15 reais ( se fosse só isso ok ninguém é obrigado a comprar lá tem outras lojas mas ok tudo bem)
Nunca vi uma floricultura onde se compra rosas e nem sequer cuidado algum coloca as rosas numa sacola de plástico! Nunca vi isso em toda minha vida nem embalar no papel pra não machucar a mão dos espinhos a mulher foi capaz. O rapaz que me atendeu não tenho oq reclamar agora embalar as rosas desse jeito numa sacola de plástico ridículo! Nunca mais coloco meus pés nesse lugar! Atendimento da menina do caixa e da que embalou péssimo! Horrível ! Nota 0
Worst flower shop I've ever been to in my entire life! In addition to being absurdly expensive, 25 reais 1 unit of white rose, 20 reais a better red rose that they say they are imported, and the other rose 15 reais (if that was all ok no one is obliged to buy there there are other stores but ok that's ok )
I've never seen a flower shop where you buy roses and they don't even care to put the roses in a plastic bag! I've never seen this in my entire life, or wrap it on paper so as not to hurt the thorns' hand, the woman was capable of. The guy who helped me have nothing to complain about now packing the roses like that in a ridiculous plastic bag! I will never set foot in this place again! Service from the cashier girl and the one who packed terrible! Horrible ! grade 0
