★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do local. Tem muitas opções de plantas, comprei uma roseira e um pé de pimenta. A atendente que me orientou quanto as plantas foi muito gentil. A loja já fornece as plantas plantadas em vasos de acordo com as necessidades do cliente. Comprei esse de barro e achei um luxo.
I really liked the place. There are many choices of plants, I bought a rose bush and a pepper plant. The attendant who guided me about the plants was very kind. The store already supplies plants planted in pots according to the customer's needs. I bought this one made of clay and found it a luxury.

Comprei umas plantas e avisei que estava fazendo o paisagismo do meu muro e nenhum momento fui informada de que não fazem troca de plantas. Qdo solicitei a troca pq não ornou fui muito mal atendida e foram irredutíveis e não realizarem a troca mesmo elas estando embaladas como vieram e eu não ter sido avisada sobre o fato de não realizarem troca. Segundo o PROCON toda empresa deve trocar ou receber a devolução do produto em at3e 30 dias. Muita insatisfeita, vou atrás dos meus direitos. Não é pelo valor. E pela falta de atenção para com o cliente.
I think the store is excellent in product variety and quality. But customer service lacks clarity. I bought some plants and told them I was doing the landscaping of my wall and I was never informed that they don't change plants. When I requested the exchange because I was not very well attended and they were irreducible and did not carry out the exchange even though they were packed as they came and I was not warned about the fact that they did not exchange. According to PROCON, every company must exchange or receive a return of the product within up to 30 days. Very dissatisfied, I go after my rights. It's not for the value. And for lack of attention to the customer.
