O cancelamento com reembolso é no prazo de 7 dias após a contratação do plano, após esse período realizamos somente o cancelamento do serviço sem cobrança de multa. Para planos parcelados em cartão após o prazo de 7 dias se não houver cancelamento de contrato dentro desse prazo, não é mais possível cancelar as parcelas futuras. Sendo assim, a cobrança continua até final de contrato.
