★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São odiados pelos moradores do bairro. De tempos em tempos fazem um buzinaço com os carros dos corretores da imobiliária e incomodam idosos, animais e pessoas que estão em reunião de trabalho em casa. Se não bastasse, ainda soltam fogos de artifício sem nenhum motivo!
Por dependerem dos moradores do bairro para sustentar o negócio, deveriam ser mais empáticos.
 They are hated by the residents of the neighborhood. From time to time they honk at the real estate agents' cars and bother the elderly, animals and people who are in a work meeting at home. If that wasn't enough, they still set off fireworks for no reason!
Because they depend on neighborhood residents to support the business, they should be more empathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O administrativo da imobiliária é péssimo! Minha tia tem uma imobiliária em Goiânia e ficou descrente com o tratamento da Florida conosco... Se existir algum problema eles só ignoram, você tem que ir atrás de resolver e implorar para te darem um de acordo.
The real estate administration is terrible! My aunt has a real estate agency in Goiânia and was in disbelief with Florida's treatment of us... If there is a problem they just ignore it, you have to go after it and beg them to give you a deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Já na recepção percebemos total despreparo, bagunça, falta de atenção da recepcionista. Quando falamos com o corretor, foi super simpático, porém, não nos deu nenhum retorno sobre os imóveis, nenhuma mensagem, NADA! Não volto mais, desrespeito com o cliente total!
Terrible. At the reception, we noticed total unpreparedness, mess, lack of attention from the receptionist. When we spoke to the realtor, he was super nice, however, he didn't give us any feedback about the properties, no messages, NOTHING! I won't be back, total disrespect for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma casa por essa imobiliária, cometeram um erro inaceitável, quando tentava falar com eles, eles eram muito grosseiros. Tentei falar com o advogado, e ele sempre se recusou a me receber. Tentaram me passar o prejuízo de todas as formas. Mas desconheciam uma verdade eterna " A última palavra não vem do médico nem do advogado, aqui no caso amigo de infância do dono Sr. Celio , ela vem de Jesus." Dito e feito. Pagaram tudo.

Todas as vezes que tínhamos alguma dúvida, ela nos respondia prontamente. O Cezar também foi super cordial, nos atendeu muito bem e nos ajudou quando necessário. Super recomendo esses profissionais!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM!!! É inacreditável a falta de profissionalismo desta empresa, nem acredito que um local assim ainda esteja aberto! Tiram e colocam o telefone no gancho para não atender, fogem de ligações e fingem não poder atender. Fazem cálculos incorretos, demoram a corrigir valores, informam que realizaram pagamento, mas não enviam comprovante e nada do valor chegar... a falta de suporte, atendimento e transparência é inacreditável!!!
Se puderem, pesquisem outra imobiliária para o mesmo imóvel que desejam, pois aqui, é certeza de prejuízo!!
Ainda é interessante pesquisarem sobre os proprietários donos dos imóveis que alugam, pois inquilinos nunca sabem, mas muito é ditado pelos proprietários. Imobiliárias são meras fabricantes de contratos de intermédio que, se somarmos a falta de profissionalismo, como é no caso desta, certeza de prejuízo! Realmente, acho que foi a pior experiência que tive com uma empresa, é surreal! Desgaste emocional, erros crassos.... Nunca mais passo perto desse lugar sequer, é chocante, bizarro... sem palavras!

It is still interesting to research about the owners of the properties they rent, as tenants never know, but a lot is dictated by the owners. Real estate companies are mere manufacturers of intermediary contracts that, if we add the lack of professionalism, as in this case, are sure to cause damage! Really, I think it was the worst experience I had with a company, it's surreal! Emotional exhaustion, blunders... I never go near this place again, it's shocking, bizarre... speechless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho no ramo imobiliário há 6 anos e nunca vi tanta incompetência em um só lugar, alugo uma sala da qual eles fazem a gestão e são totalmente incompetentes. Fogem da resolução de problemas como se os problemas simplesmente fossem sumir, ou seja, esperam você desistir! Em 4 anos que estou na sala que alugo nunca atrasei 1 dia o pagamento do aluguel, a primeira vez que tive dúvidas com relação aos valores cobrados, eles demoraram mais de 1 mês para me dar um posicionamento e no fim não resolveram antes do vencimento, mesmo no dia eu ligando 5x para tentar uma solução. Se dependesse de mim eu NUNCA mais faria qualquer tipo de negócio com eles. Rídiculo.
I've been working in real estate for 6 years and I've never seen so much incompetence in one place, I rent a room they manage and are totally incompetent. They run away from problem solving as if the problems are simply going to go away, that is, they wait for you to give up! In the 4 years I've been in the room I rent, I've never been one day late in paying the rent, the first time I had questions about the amounts charged, they took more than 1 month to give me a position and in the end they didn't resolve it before the due date, even on the day I was calling 5x to try a solution. If it were up to me I would NEVER do business with them again. Ridiculous.
