Porém eu queria a camisa nova verde.
Aguardei passar dezembro, por ser mês de compras de fim de ano e estarmos em plena pandemia de covid.
Hoje fui à loja flu recreio no Américas shopping para efetuar a troca, porém fui informado que seria possível somente pelo próprio modelo, efetuando assim a troca somente pelo tamanho. E atualmente a camisa tricolor está no valor de 219,99.
A vendedora disse que até trocaria para mim porém eu teria que pagar a diferença de 30,00 reias, pois o modelo tricolor atual está no valor 219,00; mesmo eu estando com a nota fiscal da compra.
Resumindo; a camisa sairia no valor 289,00 reais
259 reais quando foi comprado pela minha esposa e 30 reais caso eu trocasse pelo modelo verde.
Acredito que está não seja a atitude correta, pois estou c a nota fiscal de compra comprovando o valor pago
My wife bought a tricolor shirt to give me as a gift on December 16th, worth 259.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja do Fluminense no Parque Shopping para realizar uma troca de uma blusa que havia comprado na mesma semana, no Américas shopping. Quando cheguei lá ficar um analisando a blusa cm por cm mesmo eu não tendo utilizado. O vendedor de uma blusa para a gerente verificar, ela me afirmou que eu não poderia trocar por blusas de lançamento de novidade na loja. As blusas que eu poderia trocar eram as mais feias, e eu havia ligado anteriormente para loja para verificar a possibilidade de troca e eles afirmaram que eu poderia trocar sem Problema. Eu Disse a ela que isso não seguir os códigos de conduta do consumidor e que eles não poderiam limitar a quais produtos eu poderia realizar a troca. A gerente, totalmente diz preparada, debochada, e querendo me prejudicar, disse que eu não poderia trocar e essa era a decisão final. Perguntei em qual local da loja isso estava exposto por que não fui avisado na hora da minha compra ela diz que fala verbalmente aos clientes dela. Ela ainda disse que eu tentaria voltar na loja que eu comprei pra trocar, a questionei se a loja não era uma rede que ela afirmou que sim, e que a politica de troca seria a mesma. Eu afirmei a ela que não iria para outra loja pois já havia me deslocado isso não teria sido informado pelo telefone. Após ela com muito deboche decidir que não iria resolver o meu problema, que é a função do gerente, pedia ela o livro do Procon para poder deixar a minha insatisfação registrada. Ela afirmou que não teria naquele momento o livro do Procon. Afirmei que ligaria para polícia pois sei que isso é um crime. Com muito deboche revirou os olhos para mim e falou pode experimentar a blusa que a senhora quiser.
Estou extremamente insatisfeita com o atendimento e a postura da gerente, que nitidamente não deveria estar com cargo de gerência de loja pois não tem experiência e habilidade para isso conto Final espero que a loja reveja o seus conceitos sobre o seus funcionários e política de troca pois está indo contra o Código de defesa do consumidor.
I went to Fluminense's store at Parque Shopping to exchange a blouse I had bought the same week at Américas shopping. When I got there, I was analyzing the blouse cm by cm even though I hadn't used it. Seller a blouse for the manager to check, she stated to me that I could not exchange for new launch blouses in the store. The shirts I could exchange were the ugliest, and I had previously called the store to check the possibility of an exchange and they said I could exchange it with no problem. I told her that this did not follow consumer codes of conduct and that they could not limit what products I could trade in. The manager, totally prepared, mocking, and wanting to harm me, said that I couldn't change and that was the final decision. I asked where in the store this was displayed because I was not notified at the time of my purchase, she says she speaks verbally to her customers. She even said that I would try to go back to the store I bought it to exchange, I asked her if the store wasn't a chain she said yes, and that the exchange policy would be the same. I told her that I would not go to another store as I had already moved, this would not have been informed over the phone. After she, with much debauchery, decided that she would not solve my problem, which is the manager's role, she asked for the Procon book so that she could leave my dissatisfaction on record. She stated that she would not have Procon's book at that time. I said I would call the police because I know this is a crime. With a lot of debauchery he rolled his eyes at me and said you can try on whatever blouse you want.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the attitude of the manager, who clearly shouldn't be in the store management position because she doesn't have the experience and skills to do so. Final story I hope the store reviews its concepts about its employees and exchange policy because is going against the Consumer Protection Code.
