★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Quise comprar la camiseta oficial y me dijeron que estaba agotada en todo Brasil. Le compro a mi sobrino un polo. Cuando salgo hago 100 metros y en la tienda de Adidas había cientos de camisetas oficiales. Quise devolverla y no me aceptan la devolución. Son MENTIROSOS. NO LES COMPREN NADA.
 Terrible attention I wanted to buy the official t-shirt and they told me it was sold out all over Brazil. I buy my nephew a polo shirt. When I go out I do 100 meters and in the Adidas store there were hundreds of official shirts. I wanted to return it and they don't accept the return. They are LIES. DON'T BUY THEM ANYTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento razoável , apresentaram tratamento diferente entre os clientes, pois tiram fotos com uns e com outros tratam com descaso. A menina que nos atendeu foi bem legal, mas deixamos a camisa para fazerem o nome. Como ela não estava lá quando retornamis para pegá -la, a entrega foi feita de qualquer maneira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma camisa somente uma camisa , o vendedor ficou o tempo todo me pressionando pra eu comprasse outras coisas da loja sendo que eu já tinha falado que eu queria somente a camisa, quando eu disse pela milésima vez que eu SÓ QUERIA A CAMISA ele fez uma cara de poucos amigo, eu sei que eles tem que vender o produto para eles baterem a meta deles mais ficar pressionando o cliente é errado.

Pela segunda vez na loja super mal atendida, muita falta de interesse nos vendedores em mostrar os produtos eles sequer sabe o produto que tem disponível. Sr. (a) Gerente coloquem vendedores mais atentos, vcs perdem vendas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não conseguiu emitir a nota fiscal pq os produtos escolhidos por mim não constavam no sistema da loja. O atendimento para pagar não foi claro, e não levei os produtos por essa razão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pela Bruna, mas se passaram 3 dias, tive que trocar o produto porque o símbolo do flamengo estava soltando e a bermuda descortinando embaixo... já vai fazer 2 meses e não tenho resposta nenhuma, ninguém me da uma satisfação!
Comprei, paguei e to tendo a dor de cabeça com isso, e sendo constrangida, porque até então foi um presente ainda...
Não recomendo essa loja, o cliente tem que estar satisfeito desde a compra e tmbm com as circunstâncias.
