★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente instalaram o sistema da Foccare Sistemas Eletrônicos de Jundiaí no Edificio Urban Office Pacaembu, a garagem é terceirizada pela Car Park desde a inauguração do condomínio a 4 anos e somos os primeiros mensalistas, foi informado pelo supervisor do estacionamento que quando chegasse nos após as 23h30 durante a semana ou aos domingos dia inteiro, pois o estacionamento fica sem manobristas, seria nescessário se identificar numa central telefónica para que quando chegassemos ao portão principal o segurança já estivesse ciente e abrisse o portão, não é o que ocorre tem um interfone na portaria do lado externo ao prédio onde você tem que descer do carro para se identificar, correndo risco desnecessário de ser assaltado, ontem ligamos ainda estávamos a 5 minutos do estacionamento, fomos informados pelo atendente que não poderia abrir, e somente depois de muita insistência passou a ligação para a líder que se identificou como Cássia Porto, que não abriria somente após eu ameaçar que chamaria a polícia que começou o procedimento, ficamos parados na porta do condomínio 14 minutos, um sujeito alcolizalado apareceu e começou a gritar com os seguranças que assistiam o espetáculo pela porta de vidro, poderia ser um assaltante, ou drogado que tem aos montes na região.
Muito esposa chega tarde durante a semana e sozinha o que leva perigo pela espera para abrir o portão, além do que temos que fornecer o número do CPF para estranhos em todas as ligações, se o sistema tem camera que registra a placa do veículo, para que tanta burocracia.
Para resumir estou vendo com o Procon e com a prefeitura de São Paulo, se o sistema é permitido e de persistir este atendimento vou entrar com um processo contra a empresa.
Criam esses sistemas não pela segurança dos usuários mas sim para reduzir custos do condomínio.
Não recomendo a empresa Foccare Sistemas a nenhum condomínio péssimo atendimento.

Many wife arrives late during the week and alone which is in danger of waiting to open the gate, in addition we have to provide the CPF number to strangers on all calls if the system has camera that records the license plate to what a bureaucracy.
To summarize I am seeing with Procon and the city of São Paulo, if the system is allowed and if this service persists I will file a lawsuit against the company.
They build these systems not for the sake of users but to reduce condo costs.
I do not recommend the company Foccare Sistemas to any bad service condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi instalado no meu condomínio,( sem citar nome) ,para quem não trabalha pode até ser funcional e inteligente,mas para quem fica fora o dia todo ,não é funcional e muito menos inteligente,não temos porteiro portanto fica difícil e irritante a central me ligar para ir do meu trabalho em outra cidade ,receber as encomendas.edtou tendo muita dificuldade, as encomendas voltam para o correio por não ter ninguém para receber.
Quanto a central está demorando de 5 a 10 minutos para atender as pessoas e entregadores , tenho ido receber nos horários que agendo por estar em casa,porque os entregadores e transportadora me liga no celular.
Infelizmente não posso colocar como portaria inteligente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tenho que visitar minha irmã no condomínio Belle Ville, Jundiaí. Tenho filho de colo, e constantemente passamos apuros tanto pra entrar ou, muito mais frequentemente, pra sair. Eu evito visitar minha família por conta do pessimo serviço oferecido pela Foccare. Por favor, contratem porteiros reais, pois os porteiros virtuais quase nunca vão resolver o seu problema de ter q implorar pra sair de um condomínio em uma noite fria ou chuvosa com filho no colo. Imagine-se em uma noite chuvosa aguardando 10 minutos por um telefone ser atendido e voce ser finalmente permitido ir embora de um condomínio.
I always have to visit my sister at the Belle Ville condominium, Jundiaí. I have an infant in arms, and we constantly have a hard time either getting in or, much more often, getting out. I avoid visiting my family because of the poor service provided by Foccare. Please hire real doormen, as virtual doormen will almost never solve your problem of having to beg to leave a condominium on a cold or rainy night with your child in your arms. Imagine on a rainy night waiting 10 minutes for a phone to be answered and you are finally allowed to leave a condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo muito ruim. Estou aguardando o controle de acesso do portão de veículo chegar, enquanto não chega é necessário a foccare liberar o acesso do portão de veículos. Sempre que ligo é uma demora para atender. E infelizmente nem todas as atendentes estão de boa vontade. Tive problemas com uma atendente específica chamada Regina não tem paciência, educação prestando um péssimo atendimento.
