Mas recebi a ligação da Dayanne se retratando com muita gentileza e pedindo uma nova chance devido a falta de atenção ocorrida na primeira tentativa. Nessa nova tentativa foi tudo perfeito, os bolinhos estavam fantásticos. Um sabor realmente incrível. Com certeza irei pedir outras vezes. Obrigada pelo carinho e atenção
 I tried to order the first time and was not very successful. But I got the call from Dayanne, portraying herself very kindly and asking for a new chance due to the lack of attention that occurred on the first attempt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ou a pessoa que atende não tem nenhum líder orientando ou a empresa está no passado. Vendem bolos muito gostosos, mas no Instagram colocam: entregamos em 20min. Fiz uma encomenda e me informaram que o frete era terceirizado: ok. Pedi orçamento. Antes de me passarem o orçamento, pediram para eu FAZER UMA TED PARA O SICOB! Pessoal: é SÁBADO A TARDE! Ted? O motoboy terceirizado poderia receber, ou vocês poderiam estar no ifood e uber Eats. Nem me retornaram quando disse que podia deixar. Muito ruim a logística e o atendimento do WhatsApp é PÉSSIMO
Terrible attendance. Either the person serving does not have any leaders guiding or the company is in the past. They sell very delicious cakes, but on Instagram they do: we deliver in 20 minutes. I placed an order and was informed that the freight was outsourced: ok. I asked for a budget. Before giving me the budget, they asked me to TED FOR SICOB! Guys: it's SATURDAY AFTERNOON! Ted? The outsourced motorcycle courier could receive, or you could be at ifood and uber Eats. They didn't even return me when I said I could leave. The logistics and WhatsApp service is very bad, it sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem atendimento e proposta diferenciados, embalagens para presente maravilhosas, mas o produto é literalmente monocromático. Em muitos dos sabores, a massa é de chocolate ao leite comum (não senti nenhuma diferença no tipo belga).
A cobertura do bolinho de chocolate não era bem uma ganache nem nada diferenciado.
Confeitaria é uma área muito grande da gastronomia e eu creio que vocês podem oferecer mais sabores de massas, coberturas, texturas e recheios, brasileiros ou não, com ingredientes nobres também, sendo realmente uma experiência única em bolos no Estado todo.
A terceira estrela é só pela aparência em geral, embora eu ache o sabor mais importante. Que tal presentear com experiências únicas e não só com embalagens bonitas?
It has differentiated service and proposal, wonderful gift packaging, but the product is literally monochrome. In many flavors the pasta is ordinary milk chocolate (I didn't feel any difference in Belgian type).
The icing on the chocolate muffin was not quite a ganache or anything different.
Confectionery is a very large area of gastronomy and I believe you can offer more flavors of pasta, toppings, textures and fillings, Brazilian or not, with noble ingredients too, being really a unique experience in cakes all over the state.
The third star is just for the overall look, although I find the most important flavor. How about gifting with unique experiences and not just with beautiful packaging?

Os produtos são bem trabalhados com embalagens lindas e sofisticadas além do sabor ser uma delícia. Sempre caminho na Av Bandeirantes em Belo Horizonte, a fofissimo e parada obrigatória Com comer um bolinho de flor de sal. Super recomendo.
Simply divine. We all always talk about "eating with your eyes". In fact, at Fofissimo we ate with our eyes and mouth. The products are well crafted with beautiful and sophisticated packaging and the taste is delicious. I always walk on Av Bandeirantes in Belo Horizonte, the most adorable and obligatory stop to eat a salt flower cake. I highly recommend it.
