Quando me perguntam onde comprar, primeiro nome que vem à mente é FonFesta. Atendimento nota mil, super solícitos e educados. Se você precisar de algum produto e lá não tiver (difícil acontecer devido a variedade) eles vão atrás e resolvem seu problema. Excellent place to shop, reference in Alphavile, many options and product varieties. Whenever I need items for parties and decorations, I look for the FonFestas store. When people ask me where to buy, the first name that comes to mind is FonFesta. Great service, super helpful and polite. If you need a product and you don't have it there (difficult to happen due to the variety) they will go after it and solve your problem. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma fantasia na loja Fon. Minha filha usou apenas uma vez, sentada assistindo um teatro, e quando chegamos em casa e fui guardar o vestido, estava todo se desfazendo, rasgando em duas partes.
Fui conversar de forma amigável na loja, porém a dona não estava.
Ao voltar a procurar a dona, ela veio me dizer que foi mal uso, que o vestido estava sujo e todo rasgado (me chamando, claramente, de mentirosa).
A filha dela ficou gritando no fundo do telefone, que eu era uma aproveitadora, pra ela não me dar atenção.
A dona não me deu sequer a chance de conversar e mostrar para ela pessoalmente o que houve. Disse que procurou o advogado da empresa e que não era para eu aparecer lá.
Destratou totalmente uma cliente da loja sem sequer me dar a chance de ir conversar e resolver o caso. Descaso Total!
I bought a costume at the Fon store. My daughter only wore it once, sitting watching a theater, and when we got home and went to put the dress away, it was all falling apart, ripping in two.
I went to the store to chat amicably, but the owner was not there.
When I went back to look for the owner, she came to tell me that it was misused, that the dress was dirty and torn (clearly calling me a liar).
Her daughter was screaming in the back of the phone that I was a freeloader so she wouldn't pay attention to me.
The owner didn't even give me a chance to talk and show her in person what happened. He said he looked for the company's lawyer and that I wasn't supposed to show up there.
Totally mistreated a customer at the store without even giving me a chance to go talk and solve the case. Total neglect!
