★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos adiantado ao tal do Vani. Ficou com o dinheiro uns 6 meses. Quando fomos utilizar o que já estava pago ele nos deixou usar o estúdio sem falar nada. No final cobrou novamente dizendo que o que estava pago era outra empresa e ele não tinha nada haver. Foi bastante desonesto e como eu sou honesto, paguei novamente. Ou seja, paguei duas vezes e usei uma.
We paid in advance to that Vani. He got the money for about 6 months. When we went to use what was already paid he let us use the studio without saying anything. In the end he charged again saying that what was paid was another company and he had nothing to do. It was quite dishonest and as I am honest, I paid again. That is, I paid twice and used one.

What about Vanni and Gustavo? We have played with them for 3 years and I only have compliments for these guys, they are very nice and helpful people! I highly recommend this studio! The equipment, the structure, the bar products, everything is of the best quality! Success and hugs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um imprevisto com a banda e precisei cancelar o ensaio. Recebi uma mensagem apenas com o número da conta e pedindo para mandar o comprovante de pagamento do valor do cancelamento. Perguntei se esse valor poderia ser abatido no próximo ensaio e a resposta foi "óbvio que não", fiquei sem saber se era brincadeira ou falta de cuidado com o cliente, e mesmo assim eles entraram no site DA EMPRESA QUE EU TRABALHO e fizeram uma reclamação contra mim, sendo que nós éramos os clientes e não os prestadores de serviço! Agiram de má fé, com o objetivo de prejudicar minha vida profissional por causa de R$45,00 reais (que foi pago posteriormente).
Compreendo a cobrança da taxa, mas não a falta de educação, parceria, empatia e respeito com o cliente, ou mais do que isso, com o próximo.
Galera, cuidado com esses caras!
I had an unforeseen event with the band and had to cancel the rehearsal. I received a message with just the account number asking me to send proof of payment of the cancellation amount. I asked if this value could be lowered in the next essay and the answer was "obvious no", I didn't know if it was a joke or carelessness about the client, and yet they went to the COMPANY I WORK website and made a complaint against me, since we were the customers and not the service providers! They acted in bad faith, with the purpose of harming my professional life because of R $ 45,00 reais (which was paid later).
I understand the charge, but not the lack of education, partnership, empathy and respect with the customer, or more than that, with the next.
Guys, watch out for these guys!
