Estava a sondar um imóvel da Aerolândia, a casa está destruída e ao perguntar se haveria reforma respondeu de forma tão grosseira que não indico a ninguém procurar fechar negócio com essa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei quase três anos em uma das casas administrada por essa imobiliária na qual não indico a ninguém,pois, o proprietário é altamente ignorante, ríspido, arrogante não tem forma de falar com pessoas, Ressalto que nunca atrasei ... Serviço de péssima qualidade sem respeito ao Inquilino, De qualquer forma errei por ter assinado o que recebi um imóvel em perfeitas condições na qual não era verídico então na saída tive que pagar coisas que já estavam danificada. Obs no dia que aluguei ninguém foi fazer a vistoria para me entregar a casa mais na saída foi feita ... prestem atenção ao contrato ... Espero profundamente que algum inquilino possa futuramente colocar o proprietário em seu devido lugar pois somos nós inquilino que sustentamos essa imobiliária e damos o pão dele de cada dia então ele deveria tratar bem melhor as pessoas. ( O filho dono e a funcionaria sao educados).
I lived for almost three years in one of the houses managed by this real estate company which I do not recommend to anyone, because the owner is highly ignorant, harsh, arrogant, he has no way of talking to people, I emphasize that I have never been late... Terrible service without Respect to the Tenant, Anyway I was wrong for having signed what I received a property in perfect condition in which it was not true so on the way out I had to pay for things that were already damaged. Note, on the day I rented, nobody came to do the inspection to deliver the house to me, but on the way out... pay attention to the contract... I deeply hope that any tenant can put the owner in his place in the future because we are the tenant who support this real estate agency and we give him his daily bread so he should treat people much better. (The owner's son and the employee are educated).
