Comprei uma a fonte que colocaram dentro da caixa uma outra marca de fonte, com lacre violado, ao apresentar a queixa deixaram claro que o cliente aceitou o produto na hora da compra e que foi muito bem explicado pelo vendedor. ou seja, ficou a palavra deles contra a minha, não tem como provar que fui lesada. Deve-se abrir o produto entregue antes de sair da loja pra não correr o riso de comprar uma coisa e levar outra.

I bought a font that placed another font brand inside the box, with a violated seal, when presenting the complaint they made it clear that the customer accepted the product at the time of purchase and that it was very well explained by the seller. that is, their word was against mine, there is no way to prove that I was injured.
