O técnico da loja “venezuelano” substituiu a bateria, porém ao ligar o aparelho celular não reconheceu o cartão de memória e chip, não soube explicar tecnicamente o que houve, o proprietário se mostrou arrogante, prepotente e mal-educado, não prestando a devida assistência ao consumidor. Solicitei meu dinheiro de volta, e a substituição da bateria nova (que apresentou problema) pela que está danificado.

Me exigiram a notinha que eles dão que nem nota fiscal é, e como tenho comprovante do cartão que por lei ele pode sim ser usado como garantia eles alegaram que não pode fazer nada.
Pense duas vezes antes de comprar lá por que para vender são bons mais depois descaso total com o cliente.
I bought a device in August and now it stopped working I contacted the store who refused to exchange or refund the money
They asked me for the note that they give that it's not even an invoice, and as I have proof of the card that by law it can be used as a guarantee, they claimed that they can't do anything.
Think twice before buying there because they are good to sell more after total disregard for the customer.
